Overview

The client is an international manufacturer of equipment for the forest industry and spent over $190,000 annually on uniform and mat rentals for seven of their plants in Canada. The client tasked UNI Cost Management to better understand their current uniform and mat usage patterns and to implement more centralized control over these costs and to identify options that would reduce their overall uniform and mat costs. The initial mandate was to implement a detailed cost analysis process to meet the needs of the client.
